  2. Stop using virtual private network (VPN) or proxy networks. Netflix blocks any user who connect through VPN, proxies, and Unblockers to ensure that their services are not used to bypass region locked content.
  3. Make sure that, your network support streaming video. In some school, colleges, hotels and public WiFi connections do not allow streaming. So, make sure your network support streaming video or you can use VPN to access Netflix in some cases.

Netflix Error Code UI-800-3

If you’re getting the Netflix Error Code UI-800-3, and this message appears on your screen.

Couldn’t connect to Netflix. Please try again or restart your home network and streaming device.

It usually means that your device needs to be refreshed. Follow the below mentioned steps to fix the Error Code UI-800-3:

  • Restart your streaming device.
  • Sign out of Netflix and sign back in.
  • Clear the Netflix app data or cache.
  • Delete and reinstall the Netflix app.

Netflix Error Code NW 2-5

The Netflix Error code NW 2-5 indicates a network connectivity issue that is preventing you from reaching the Netflix services. When this error occurs, this message pops up on your streaming screen.

Code: NW-2-5
